Newell Pre Shredder, Metal Bales Shredder

The Pre Shredder is composed of high-speed rotor, low-speed rotor, side press plate, driving device, body support frame and other components. The two rotors are hydraulically driven and controlled independently of each other which can realize positive and reverse rotation, achieve tensile, ripping and tearing effects.  

The Pre Shredders are normally installed in front of shredding system, and are particularly suitable for processing of metal bales, ELVs and bulk materials to control the size of materials entering into the shredder, which can achieve the uniform feeding, effectively improve the shredder capacity, reduce the consumption of castings etc.
