Smart Shredding System

With our Smart Shredding System, you can efficiently operate your metal crusher / shredder, while maximizing your machine's output, maintaining safety and production standards.

Smart Water System

  • By monitoring the main drive motor power consumption, the amount of water/air moisture injected into the car hammermill shredder is regulated by PLC. 
  • In general the amount of water injected is proportional to the amount of materials in the metal crusher, which MINIMIZES THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY RUNOFF WATER. 
  • The scrap metal shredder operator has the ability to turn the system on or off from the main control panel, In addition, the operator can make fine adjustments to the amount of water injected. In the event of a fire or explosion, the operator can place the system at maximum flow regardless of the motor load.
